Arcata High School

About Me

I’m originally from Southern California, but I moved to Santa Fe, New Mexico when I was 14. After high school graduation, I returned to California to attend Ventura College. In 1988, I transferred to Humboldt State University to finish my undergraduate degree. 

I began teaching at Arcata High School in 1993. I taught English and drama for many years before becoming an Instructional Coach.

I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and a Master of Arts degree in Literature.
