Hi Tigers! I'm Ms. Frary, pronounced like "prairie" with an F. I joined the AHS Counseling Team in 2022 and love being a counselor. I have a background in higher education, having worked at Cal Poly Humboldt for over six years, as well as experience working as a middle school counselor in central Los Angeles. I earned my BA in Psychology from San Francisco State University and, after spending a year teaching English as a second language to high school students in rural Mexico, went on to earn my Master of Education in School Counseling from the University of Southern California. 

One of the highlights of my job is meeting with students to talk about their high school and post-secondary goals and plans. Students can sign up to see me by using the QR codes around campus or through the Google form online: Frary Sign-Up Sheet Students can also stop by during break or lunch if they need immediate assistance. If I am available, I am always happy to meet.
