Alexander Kantner

I was born and raised in San Francisco, CA. I attended St. John's College in Santa Fe, NM and Graduate Theological Union in Berkeley, CA. I am also a husband, father, musician, and avid explorer of wilderness. I study and teach literature both to specifically appreciate its expressive potential as an art form and more broadly and as vehicle to explore the great issues and ideas of the human experience.
