About Me

I have been working with students in the Northern Humboldt Union High School District since 2000.  I attended both University of Kentucky and Western Kentucky University for undergraduate studies.  I received my teaching credential from Humboldt State University. I enjoy spending time with my husband, three kids, and giant dog.

I am excited to be working with staff in students in a new role this year as Teacher on Special Assignment (TOSA), working to implement our district's Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS). Our goal with MTSS is to provide a framework that will ensure that ALL students have the supports they need to be successful academically, behaviorally and social-emotionally.
